Just another Tuesday

Just another Tuesday afternoon. Here's just a quick list of some things that are going on with me lately. I'll be brief with them, email me if you want more info about one certain thing.

+ Daddy is coming home today. No surgery yet.
+ School just won't end this semester for some reason.
+ It's cold as shit outside and I hate it.
+ I think my wife and I are getting back together.
+ My dog has chewed my parents bed and that's bad news.
+ I need to do some Chrismas shopping.
+ Liz and I are going to start shooting weddings.
+ I recently shot some family portraits and they turned out nice.
+ My brother Cory is growing up and going through that stage where he doesn't want to be around us.
+ Everyone is getting handmade pots for Christmas.
+ I'm looking to buy a new car..well not a new new car just new to me..a beetle of course.
+ I'm supposed to be doing work study and instead I'm doing this.

Gobble Gobble

Happy Thanksgiving. Nothing too new here. School is coming to a close and I still have a lot to finish up. I am anxiously awaiting end of semester though. Deer season is over and I collected all my dough and it looks like some people might get some Christmas presents after all.

P.S. Send some prayers. Daddy goes into the hospital on Monday. He's getting his defibulator replaced. Not a big surgery, but a surgery nontheless. He should be home by Friday.

Let the deer wrapping begin...

This will be my only post for about a week or so. Gun season for deer starts tomorrow, so you will be able to find me in Cedar Hill, dressed in my carharts and a scarf, making some mad money before Christmas. I think I'm about finished being sick which is awesome because I thought I was dying there for a while. The holiday season is rapidly approaching and I feel stressed out already!
Dajha had her first puppy class last Wednesday. It was so cute, it's just her and one other puppy. A real cute small one named Ophilia. (dont know if I spelt that right but you get the idea) Ophilia is the type of dog that is always high strung and is always choaking on the end of the leash and walks only with her back legs because the two front ones are always in the air as she tries to go faster. Needless to say, we were sitting in the chairs as the lady was explaining to us what we were going to learn and as the lady said "Today we are going to practice on sitting,..." Dajha immediately sat. hahaha The other puppy was running around on the end of its leash like it was on fire. But, by the end of class, Ophilia was doing much better. I brough Liz with me and her and I took turns making Dajha sit and heel. She did very well and seemed to enjoy it. I hope so because we have 7 more weeks of this.
I drove the bus today for the first time in 2 months. Alex was getting me tires for the rear end and it just took this long. Well, I now remember all the small things that I need to fix before winter time comes. I think maybe I'll work on that today and then go to the farm for a while.

Workin' for a nickel...

There comes a time in one's life when they have to stand back and look at their life situation though new eyes. There is also a time when it's okay to be selfish, and think about one's own self, especially when others are often thought of first. Situations may not always conclude like one may like them to, but sometimes, that's for the best. Do what makes you happy. I'm not sure what's to come of my situations, only time will tell that, but I'm sure of one thing, I'll do what makes me happy, and what I can benefit from, both mentally and physically.
